Our architectural firm Giammario Architetti has been committed for years to the protection of the historical and cultural heritage of our country through the restoration of buildings of artistic and architectural value. One of our last interventions was the architectural restoration and structural consolidation of the facade of a historic building located in the Esquiline area of Rome’s City Hall I.
The building, dating back to 1860, is a site “ANCIENT CITY” and a building bound by the State Superintendence, which means that our work has been carried out in close cooperation with the competent authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the protection of the integrity of the building.
The architectural restoration of the facade was a particularly challenging task, but thanks to the collaboration with the company New House Group and the spa Kerakoll in the person of Giuseppe Balice, We managed to achieve our goals and preserve the beauty and structural integrity of the building.

The structural consolidation of the facade was carried out using high quality materials and innovative techniques, in order to ensure maximum resistance of the building to future seismic events and weather. In addition, we paid special attention to the choice of materials and restoration techniques that can preserve the original appearance of the building and ensure its compatibility with the historical and artistic context in which it is located.
Our work of architectural restoration and structural consolidation of the facade was made possible thanks to the dedication of the workers who worked on the project, their technical skills and their experience, and cooperation with the competent authorities.
We are very proud to have been able to contribute to the recovery of this historic building of great value and to have been able to preserve its beauty and its structural integrity for future generations.
